I need motivation. Elem.School I weighed what I weigh now & I used to get made fun of. H.S. I turned to Ana and extreme exercise.
College: gained a ton.
I dont want to be stick thin,but I want my hipbones and collar bone to stick out. I need to lose this fast. I hate how I look.
I hate myself, I was so close. I went down to 119lb , then spring break came along & I binged, I gained it all back. Again I'm at 130lbs.
It's time to get rid of it for good.
S.W. April 3rd: 130.6 lbs
C.W. April 10th: 127.4 lbs
C.W. April 17th: 123.4 lbs
C.W. April 24th: 123.6 lbs (time of the month)
G.W. by May 1st :120 lbs
UGW by May 29th: 114 lbs
UGW by June 30th: 110-105lbs (as long as I still feel energized & look healthy)
Weigh-ins will be every Sunday morning
